General support, billing, account, privacy, and accessibility questions can be sent to hello@jurica.io.
What to include
For account or billing issues, include the email address on the account and a short description of what happened. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or documents containing unnecessary personal data.
Response times
We aim to respond to ordinary support messages within seven days. Privacy rights requests are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
