Terms and Conditions
Effective 13 May 2026These terms govern your use of Jurica, an independent LNAT preparation platform. They are written to be read, not merely accepted.
1. Using Jurica
Jurica provides LNAT preparation materials, including lessons, practice questions, mock tests, analytics, and Section B writing tools. It is not a tutoring service, a university admissions adviser, or a law firm. Nothing on Jurica is legal advice or admissions advice.
Jurica is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pearson, the LNAT consortium, Oxford, Cambridge, or any other university.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 to create an account. If a parent or guardian pays for access, the student remains responsible for using the account in accordance with these terms.
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account unless the activity results from a security failure on our side. One account is for one candidate only and may not be shared, resold, or made available to a class, school, or agency without our written permission.
3. Payment and access
Access to Jurica is a monthly subscription. The price is shown at checkout before you pay, with any taxes included, and is charged to your payment method each month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record; we do not receive or store your full card number.
You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for and then ends. Access begins as soon as your first payment goes through. By paying you ask us to supply the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the statutory fourteen-day right to cancel. Payments already made are not refundable except in the cases set out in our Refund Policy.
We may change the monthly price. If we do, we will email you at least thirty days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
4. Our materials
The lessons, practice questions, explanations, mock tests, interface designs, text, graphics, and software in Jurica belong to Jurica or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own LNAT preparation.
You must not copy, scrape, redistribute, publish, sell, train a model on, or create a competing database from Jurica materials. Reasonable personal notes for your own study are allowed.
5. Your work
Essays, answers, notes, diagnostic responses, and other work you enter remain yours. You give us permission to process that material so we can operate Jurica: saving your work, marking objective answers, producing analytics, and generating feedback where the product provides it.
6. AI-assisted feedback
Some Section B features may use automated systems to produce feedback. Such feedback is a study aid. It may miss points, overstate points, or disagree with a human reader. You should use it as one source of criticism, not as a guaranteed prediction of an LNAT outcome.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, authentication, or access controls;
- extract Jurica content at scale by scraping, automation, or manual copying for redistribution;
- upload unlawful, abusive, or malicious material;
- interfere with the security or availability of the service;
- misrepresent Jurica materials as official LNAT papers or university material.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Jurica available and accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update, correct, remove, or replace materials as the platform improves. We will try to avoid changes that materially reduce paid access during a period you have paid for.
9. No guarantee of results
Jurica is designed to improve preparation, not to guarantee a score, interview, offer, or place. LNAT performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your own work, test-day conditions, and admissions decisions made by universities.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Jurica at any time and may request account deletion from settings or by email. We may suspend or close an account if it is used in a way that materially breaches these terms, threatens the service, or infringes our intellectual property.
11. Liability
We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Jurica is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Jurica in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, emailed to active users. If you continue using Jurica after the updated terms take effect, the updated terms apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live somewhere with mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these terms removes those rights.
14. Contact
