Refund Policy
This policy explains how we handle cancellations and refund requests. It is designed to be fair without pretending that a digital subscription can be returned like a book.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a paid plan from account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you keep access until the end of the billing period already paid for.
When we normally refund
We will normally refund where:
- you were charged twice by mistake;
- a technical problem on our side prevented meaningful access;
- you cancelled but were still charged after cancellation took effect;
- consumer law requires a refund in your circumstances.
When we normally do not refund
We do not routinely refund because a user changed their mind after using the service, forgot to cancel a renewal, or did not obtain a particular LNAT score. That said, genuine mistakes happen; if a charge looks unfair, email us and we will review it.
How to request a refund
Email hello@jurica.io with the account email, the charge date, and a short explanation. We aim to respond within seven days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
