Refund Policy
Effective 14 September 2026Access to Jurica is a monthly subscription. Cancel whenever you like and nothing more is charged. This page says, as plainly as we can, when you will and will not get money back.
What you are buying
You pay monthly for everything in Jurica. The price is shown before you pay, with tax included. Access starts as soon as the first payment goes through, and each month you are charged again on the same date until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Settings, or from your Link account if you paid through Link. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, then ends, and you can undo the cancellation at any point before then.
No refunds
We do not refund a month already paid for. Once a payment has gone through, the money is not returned if you change your mind, stop using the platform, sit the test earlier than planned, decide not to sit it at all, forget to cancel, or do not get the LNAT score you hoped for. The way to stop paying is to cancel before the next charge.
By paying, you ask us to give you access immediately, and you acknowledge that this means you lose the fourteen-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content bought online. This is stated beside the button you press to pay.
The exceptions
We will refund where:
- you were charged twice for the same month;
- you were charged after you had cancelled;
- a problem on our side stopped you using the platform for a significant part of a month you paid for;
- consumer law requires a refund in your circumstances.
These are the only cases. A refund returns the whole of that month's payment, and the access it bought ends with it.
How to ask
Email support@jurica.io with the account email, the date of the charge, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within seven days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
